Hsuan Yu Pan is a Taiwanese American documentary filmmaker whose work centers on intimate human stories shaped by immigration, migration, and cultural memory.

 

Based in New York City, Pan served as a producer at BRIC TV from 2011 to 2020, where she crafted community-driven narratives with a strong sense of place and justice. Through her nuanced lens, Pan has directed more than four documentary short films that amplify immigrant voices and lived experiences across generations and geographies.

 

Pan's films have been selected by festivals nationally and internationally, reflecting a growing body of work that is both personal and politically resonant.
